This is a rare Electra Ticino 20D fork. We know, Electra isn't a name one would normally associate with a desirable road bike fork, but do yourself a favor and look this series of bikes up. This fork came from the top of the line 20D model (see the last photo for an example, retail was $1999). It features a French style high offset taper in the triple butted chromoly blades, an investment cast and double chromed crown, rim brake posts, room for wide tires, and double eyelets for rack and fenders. The steerer is 1-1/8" threaded with a 233mm length (about 9-1/8") -- however because it is so long, the threaded section could be cut off at about 184mm (7-1/4"), a star nut tapped in, and bang, threadless! Please look closely at the photos, and if you need more detail, please send us a message. Obviously this listing is for the fork only, not the complete bike.
