This rack made by Electra is designed to fit men's Electra Cruisers in the tall size with 26 inch wheels. You will need the appropriate seat post clamp. These clamps are made in two sizes. One to fit steel frame bikes the other for aluminum. Great aluminum rack but only for Electra tall men's cruisers.
